Who we are
Draw a Tune is provided by Neu Software LLC. This policy covers the Draw a Tune mobile app (previously called Musical Sketchbook) and drawatune.neu.so. Contact drawatune@neu.so with privacy questions.
Your drawings and music
The app stores your draft, saved sketches, preferences and favourites on your device. It does not upload this content to us. Audio is generated or played on the device; we do not record your microphone. Device backups may include your app data according to your Apple or Google backup settings.
Files you choose to share
Images, audio loops and editable sketches are created locally. Importing reads the file you select. When you choose a destination in the system share sheet, that destination receives the file and applies its own privacy policy. We cannot delete copies you have exported or shared elsewhere.
Website and server
Cloudflare hosts this website and its server routes. To deliver and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. We use limited operational logs to diagnose errors and abuse, not to build advertising profiles. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
We do not install advertising trackers or marketing analytics on this site. The drawing demo is kept in browser memory and is not sent to our server.
Support and beta testing
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and keep them only as needed for support, security or legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information or sketches you do not want us to see.
If you join our private TestFlight beta, Apple provides testing information such as your invitation email, feedback and diagnostic data according to its TestFlight policies and your settings. We use this information to manage testing and fix the app.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles store payments. We do not receive your payment card details. Store purchase records, diagnostics and refunds are governed by the applicable store’s policies.
Your choices
You can delete local sketches or remove the app’s local data. See Delete account & data for the exact options. To ask us to access, correct or delete information in a support message or beta invitation, email drawatune@neu.so. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Where applicable, you can object to or restrict processing and contact your local data-protection authority. We use support information to respond to your requests and operational information to run and secure the service. Our service providers may process this information in other countries under their applicable safeguards.

We will update this page if how we handle information changes. The date above identifies this version. We will provide an appropriate notice for material changes.
